Humpty Doo Barramundi portions (Skin On)

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat skin dry with paper towel (the drier the skin, the easier it is to crisp)
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Season with salt & pepper
  4. Heat pan on medium.
  5. Once pan is hot, cook fish for 7 minutes skin side down…
  6. Turn and cook for 5 minutes skin side up
  7. Rest for 2 minutes before serving
