Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Humpty Doo Barramundi Pty Ltd (ABN 87 059 248 038), of 1105 Anzac Parade, Middle Point, Northern Territory 0822. Phone number: 08 8988 8121(" Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:01am AEST on 14 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 11 November 2026 (" Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents who:

  • are aged 18 years or over; and
  • reside in Australia excluding the Australian Capital Territory.

Directors, officers, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, Sushi Izu, Participating Outlets (defined below) and agencies involved in administering the promotion and any person directly involved in conducting the draw are not eligible to enter.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Participating Outlets in the promotion are Sushi Izu kiosks and stores throughout Australia, excluding ACT (each a " Participating Outlet").

4. Participating Products

The following products containing Humpty Doo Barramundi at Participating Outlets, in the Sushi Izu App or on Sushi Izu's website are eligible for entry into the promotion:

  • Fresh Barramundi Nigiri
  • Grilled Barramundi Nigiri
  • Medium Crispy Barramundi Roll
  • Barramundi Sashimi
  • Barramundi Poke Bowl
  • Crunchy, Crispy Barramundi Shoreline

Only products purchased during the Promotion Period qualify.

5. Participating Purchase Channels

Eligible purchases can be made through:

  • Participating Outlets in Australia (excluding ACT); and
  • the Sushi Izu App; and
  • the Sushi Izu website.

6. How to Enter

To be eligible to enter the promotion, individuals must purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period (" Qualifying Transaction"). Purchases can also be made through the Sushi Izu App or Sushi Izu website for collection at Sushi Izu outlets. Individuals must ensure they obtain a purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction.

To enter, individuals then need visit www.humptydoobarramundi.com.au/sushi-izu-win and complete the online entry form by completing their details and proof of purchase as follows:

  1. First Name, Last Name, Valid Email Address, Contact Number, Date of Birth
  2. Upload a photo of their receipt if Qualifying Transaction was made at a Participating Outlet or
  3. Entering in Order Number of Qualifying Transaction made through Sushi Izu app or Sushi Izu website.

7. Proof of Purchase

Entrants must submit proof of purchase to be eligible for the promotion.

Acceptable proof includes:

  • Transaction receipt (for in-store purchases); or
  • Sushi Izu App order confirmation; or
  • Sushi Izu website order confirmation.

Failure to provide valid proof may result in disqualification.

8. Multiple Entries

Multiple entries are permitted.

However:

  • Only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Participating Products purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction)
  • Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements
  • A separate proof of purchase is required for every entry.

9. Invalid Entries

The Promoter may invalidate entries that:

  • contain false or misleading information;
  • use duplicated or altered receipts;
  • are incomplete;
  • breach these Terms.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

10. Prize

There is one (1) Prize consisting of a Digital VISA Card to the value of $5,000 AUD.

Total prize pool: $5,000 AUD.

The Prize is:

  • not transferable;
  • not exchangeable for cash (unless required by law);
  • subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are not included. Any unused balance of the Prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Digital VISA card.

Gift Card Conditions

The Promoter will ensure the supplied gift card complies with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements ( Cth, Competition and Consumer Act, 2010 ) relating to expiry periods and prohibited post-purchase fees where applicable.

11. Prize Draw

A random electronic prize draw will take place at 4/59 Winnellie Rd, Winnellie NT 0820 on 16/11/2026 at 12:30PM AEDST.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be:

If the prize is unclaimed within one (1) month, the Promoter may conduct a redraw on 16/12/2026.

The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner.

14. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be emailed to the winner's nominated email address after verification.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • incorrect email addresses supplied by entrants;
  • delays caused by the Digital VISA card provider;
  • technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

15. Privacy

Information collected will be used to:

  • administer the promotion;
  • verify entries;
  • contact the winner.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Information may be disclosed to:

  • service providers assisting with the promotion;
  • the gift card provider;
  • regulatory authorities where required by law.

Entrants consent to the Promoter and Sushi Izu using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

16. Optional Marketing Consent

Marketing consent is not a condition of entry.

The entry form will feature un-checked boxes and entrants are able to opt-out of hearing from the Promoter or Sushi Izu by checking each box:

  • ☐ I would not like to receive news and offers from Humpty Doo Barramundi.
  • ☐ I would not like to receive news and offers from Sushi Izu.

Should an entrant not consent to receiving future information from the Promoter or Sushi Izu via placing a tick in the 'opt-out' box featured on the Promotion entry site, the information provided by the entrant will be entered into a database and cannot used by the Promoter or Sushi Izu, the Promoter's or Sushi Izu's related entities and agencies engaged by the Promoter or Sushi Izu, for promotional and marketing purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Should an entrant who elects to opt-in wish to opt-out or access or update their information held by the Promoter at any time, they can contact the Promoter by emailing farm@hdbarra.com.au.

17. Technical Issues

The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to:

  • internet failures;
  • website outages;
  • technical malfunctions;
  • email issues.

18. Fraud, Tampering and Interference

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • verify entries;
  • disqualify fraudulent entrants;

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising from (a) participation in the promotion; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) or acceptance and use of the prize.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable State or Territory in which the entrant resides.
