Ingredients 

(PER PARCEL)
1 Humpty Doo Barramundi Fillet portion
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon, sliced
1 tsp dill
5 spears asparagus
25g butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Lay out 4 pieces of baking paper on 4 pieces of aluminium foil. Brush baking paper with olive oil.
  3. Place barramundi on baking paper with lemon, dill, asparagus and butter. Season.
  4. Wrap the barramundi securely. Transfer to a tray and bake for 25 mins until barramundi is cooked through.
