1 x baby Humpty Doo Barramundi, approx 400gm
¼ cup chopped dill
1 tsp Lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Gently lift side fins to check it is cooked through.If more cooking time required, place Barra in an oven pre heated to 180C for approx 5 mins before serving.
