Fresh barramundi for record CEO Cookoff

The biggest ever CEO Cook-off raised more than $2 million for Oz Harvest in Sydney last night.

Humpty Doo Barramundi proudly sponsored the dish for Chef Massimo Mele and team Electrolux, supplying fresh saltwater barramundi for their Humpty Doo Barramundi with tarator and caponata.

Two hundred CEOs and corporate teams together with 50 chefs banded together at the Royal Hall of Industries to feed 1400 special guests from charity agencies across Sydney.

Oz Harvest estimates around 3.6 million Australians experience food insecurity each year. In its seventh year, the CEO CookOff aims to raise awareness of food waste while raising money to feed Australians in need. Every dollar donated provides two meals.

Humpty Doo Barramundi believes every Australian should have access to our fresh barramundi as part of a healthy diet. We proudly harvested our premium barramundi for the CEO Cookoff, which was processed by Joto Fresh Fish for the event.
